It all began at a table for four in Byron Bay, surrounded by lifelong friends who know me better than anyone. Over cocktails and endless laughs, we found ourselves deep in conversation about the next chapter of my life. I knew it was time to stop playing small and start channeling my passion for art into something bigger.

As ideas started flying around the table, names were tossed back and forth, the energy buzzing with possibility. Then it hit me, and I said, “Sip and Sass.” Adri, Tara, and Erika stopped, smiled at each other, and then turned to me with that unmistakable look.

“That’s it,” they said, “that’s you! It’s perfect!” Clink went the cocktail glasses and just like that, ‘Sip & Sass’ was born—a perfect mix of creativity, connection, laughter, of course wine and a splash of sass!
